📦 When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order leaves our facility.
🛍️ Are your products authentic?
Yes. Everything we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from trusted suppliers, retailers, or brand drops. We do not deal in fakes or replicas.
🔁 Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. Please verify sizing and product details before ordering. In certain cases, store credit or size exchanges may be considered within 7 days of delivery.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not. We do plan on introducing worldwide shipping very soon!
📏 How do I know what size to buy?
We recommend checking the brand’s official size chart if you’re unsure. Some items fit true to size while others may vary. Feel free to message us for sizing advice before purchasing.
📬 Can I track my package?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email. If you haven’t received it after 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and interest-free payment options like Klarna (when available). Payments are secure and encrypted.
🔄 Will you restock sold out items?
Some pieces may restock, but many of our drops are limited. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop on restocks and upcoming releases.
📮 I entered the wrong shipping address — can I fix it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@luxsns.com to request a correction. Once the package has shipped, we’re unable to change the destination.
