Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Lux Chicago Inc / Lux Sneakers and Streetwear.

Order Processing

Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods (such as product drops, restocks, or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed prior to payment.

  • Economy Shipping: $8.99 USD — Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: $14.99 USD — Estimated delivery in 3–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: $34.99 USD — Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days

Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Orders over $150 qualify for free Economy Shipping
  • Orders over $250 qualify for free Standard Shipping
  • Orders over $750 qualify for free Express Shipping

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to begin displaying movement.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery attempt, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lux Chicago Inc is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. Once delivery is confirmed, liability transfers to the customer. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand this service and look forward to offering worldwide delivery in the near future. Please follow us on @luxchicago for updates.
