This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through luxsns.com, operated by Lux Chicago Inc / Lux Sneakers and Streetwear.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. This applies to all products, including footwear, apparel, accessories, and limited-edition releases.
No Exceptions
By completing your purchase, you agree that all items are sold as-is and final. Please review all product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@luxsns.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims made after 48 hours will not be honored.
Pricing Errors & Cancellations
In the event of a pricing error — including items listed at $0.00 or an incorrect amount — Lux Chicago Inc reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed under the incorrect price, even if payment has been processed or a confirmation has been sent.
Such pricing discrepancies may result from system glitches, typographical mistakes, or synchronization issues between platforms. Orders created during these errors do not constitute valid or enforceable contracts. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, any charges will be promptly refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Please verify all shipping details before submitting your order. Any unauthorized returns sent to us will be refused and not eligible for a refund or reshipment.
